Andre is a Senior Project Manager with more than 20 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams from project initiation to close out. He has managed diverse global infrastructure, industrial, commercial, hospitality, and residential projects. As a Project Management Professional (PMP), Andre has a strong understanding and extensive experience applying PMI (PMBOK) methodology to projects.

As the Project Management Office (PMO) lead, Andre is responsible for establishing project management standards, processes, and governance frameworks to ensure projects are managed consistently and efficiently across the organization. He coaches, trains, and advises on best practices.
